Every child deserves a quality public education — no matter their ZIP code. South Carolina’s students, teachers, and schools have been underfunded for too long. Teachers shouldn't have to use their own money or create an Amazon Wishlist to buy supplies.

Jenna will propose and champion policies that:

• Ensure common-sense gun laws and gun violence prevention measures that coexist with the Second Amendment.

• Develop affordable afterschool and community programs that foster learning, personal growth, social skills, and emotional well-being.

• Fully fund public schools and pay teachers and staff what they deserve.

• Reject private school vouchers that siphon money away from classrooms.

• Strengthen literacy and reading outcomes for schoolchildren through evidence-based teaching methods.
